DHL Paket delivers 262 of the 279 parcels here, Monday to Saturday: 22 of the 256 DHL Paket deliveries we logged were Saturdays and one was a Sunday. If nobody is home, DHL usually leaves the parcel with a neighbour, at a Packstation or at a post office branch.

Customs in Germany

Not until day 21 since the first scan. German parcels can go quiet at the EU customs step before DHL Paket picks them up; once DHL has scanned it, the rest usually follows within days. Past day 21, paste the number into the tracker for the China-side scans DHL Paket doesn't show.

About 13 days from the first carrier scan to your door, measured on 279 delivered parcels. Most arrive in 11 to 17 days and nine in ten within 21 days. Add 1 to 3 days before that for packing.
Does DHL Paket deliver on weekends?
DHL delivers Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays don't count. The RepTools tracker's delivery window already skips those days.
Which KakoBuy line is fastest to Germany?
In our data, Dhl: a median 12 days over 14 parcels, against 14 days for DHL parcel-de. You choose the line when you submit the parcel, and the quicker lines usually cost more.
Why is Germany slower than the UK?
A median of 13 days against 10, and a longer tail: 13% of German parcels took 20 days or more, against 4% for the UK. Nearly every German parcel is handed to DHL Paket after the EU customs step, so the days depend on that one network.
Does the clock include the days KakoBuy takes to pack?
No. These numbers start at the first carrier scan, which is when the parcel has actually left the warehouse. Packing and QC after you submit the parcel usually add 1 to 3 days on top, longer around Chinese New Year and Golden Week.
