If you own a copyright or a trademark and something on rep.tools uses it without your permission, email us and we will take it down. We read every notice and reply by email. Writing to us directly is the fastest way to get material removed.

1.What to include

The work or the mark you own. For a trademark, its registration number and country if you have them.
The exact rep.tools link of each page, photo or listing you want removed.
Your name, company, email address and phone number.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

2.What happens next

We check the links in your notice and promptly remove or disable access to the material that infringes, then tell you by email what we removed. rep.tools does not sell, stock or ship anything: its pages show product information and photos from shopping agents and sellers and link to them, so a removal covers the pages and photos on rep.tools.

3.If something was removed by mistake

Email the same address with the link that was removed and why you believe the notice was wrong. We review it and restore the material if the notice was mistaken.
