How we verify a status (and what "Up" does and doesn't mean)

Every agent on this board was probed directly on August 31, 2026 — we load the site ourselves rather than repeating what a TikTok comment section says. Now the honest limits. "Up" means the site loads and there are no credible reports of the service being dead. For the big, heavily-used agents, that probe plus the steady flow of parcels through our tracker is a strong signal. For the smaller agents at the bottom of the table, "up" certifies only that the website is reachable — it does not certify that orders are being fulfilled promptly or that support answers. Treat a small agent's green status as "not dead," not as an endorsement.

"Shut down" is the opposite standard: we only use it when the death is solid — owner-confirmed (CNFans, ACBuy/AllChinaBuy), a domain that no longer resolves (NPbuy), or a documented physical raid (Pandabuy). Everything in between — like Mulebuy right now — gets flagged as reported, clearly labeled as unconfirmed, because calling a living agent dead is exactly the failure mode this page exists to avoid.

How agent deaths actually unfold: rumor vs the real thing

Real agent deaths are loud and verifiable. Pandabuy was physically raided in April 2024, had operations seized, and never came back. CNFans and ACBuy/AllChinaBuy shut down in August 2026 with owner confirmation. NPbuy's domain simply stopped resolving. In every real case there is something you can point at: a confirmation, a dead domain, a seized warehouse.

Rumored deaths look different, and the best case study is CNFans itself. In January 2026 a "CNFans is dead" wave swept the affiliate blogs — and it was false at the time. The wave was date-stamped to the exact 48 hours in which CNFans terminated its referral commissions, and the pages pushing it hardest were the ones earning a payout when you switched agents. CNFans kept operating for months afterward; the shutdown that eventually happened in August was a separate, real event. It happened again this month. KakoBuy had brief website downtime in mid-August 2026, and within days TikTok had "KakoBuy raided / shutting down" videos. No evidence supports either claim — the site is operational and our daily QC and tracking integrations against it are running normally. Litbuy went through the same cycle in June 2026: shutdown rumor, no substance, still operating today. Then there is the genuinely murky middle: Mulebuy. Multiple community reports — a Medium post, Trustpilot reviews, TikTok videos — describe a warehouse raid or sealing in August 2026, and users report items stuck in the warehouse. That is more than a single viral video, so we flag it. But it is not independently confirmed, and the site was still reachable when we probed it — so we will not call it dead either. The honest status is the one on the board: reported, unverified, order with caution.

What to do the day your agent dies

First, confirm it is actually dead before you do anything.
