How to Check QC Photos on KakoBuy (Before and After You Order)

After you order: the Warehouse tab
Open KakoBuy, go to Warehouse, and find the item. While it's on the way from the seller its status reads purchased or shipped by seller; once it reads arrived, open it and the QC photos are attached to the item. KakoBuy photographs every item: the front, the back, tags, and any flaw the inspector noticed. You choose to ship, return or ask for a re-shoot from that screen. If the photos aren't there yet, the item is still in the inspection queue; it's rarely more than a day.
Before you order: other buyers' QC photos
KakoBuy's product page doesn't show QC photos, because QC happens after purchase. The way around it is the crowd: every item that has been through an agent warehouse has been photographed for someone, and a QC finder pulls those photos up by the listing. Paste the KakoBuy item link into the RepTools QC finder and you get every batch of inspection photos other buyers received for that exact listing, across several agents' warehouses. What to check in the photos
Look at the same six things the inspector does: stitching density and straightness, the font and alignment of tags and labels, hardware like zips and eyelets, the colour against the listing photo, the shape when the item is laid flat, and any flaw the inspector circled. Compare two or three batches from different buyers rather than one; a seller with consistent batches is the real signal, a single clean photo is not.
If there are no photos yet
It means nobody has had that exact listing inspected recently. It's common for new or niche items. Either check back in a few days, look at the seller's other listings, or order and rely on your own warehouse QC, which you can still reject before shipping.
Your own QC lives in the Warehouse tab after inspection. Everyone else's QC for the same item lives in the finder, and that's the one to check before you pay.
